Heartburn and Constipation

Just because you do not experience bodily discomforts such as heartburn, gas and constipation, you do not necessarily have a healthy digestive system.  If what you eat does not digest properly, cells are deprived of essential nutrients.  When our cells don’t get these nutrients, they are unable to grow, repair tissue and generate energy.

Heartburn, indigestion, constipation and bloating are caused by a less than adequate amount of digestive enzymes.  If you take a digestive enzyme it will aid in getting rid of these symtoms.

When we eat, we do not give much consideration to the digestive process that is about to begin.  We chew, swallow and assume proper digestion is taking place.  Only with the correct mixture of nutrients will nerves signal for digestion to occur.  Healthy food choices, taking necessary supplements and herbal extracts and exercising all support a healthy digestive tract.  Which will in turn transform our food into energy for us to use.

When we give our body what it needs, it will function as it should.  There are 1300 enzymes that help the body to work properly and function in a disease free state.  Many of us do not have an adequate amount of nutrients and enzymes.  We become sick and the body, with its ability to heal, will respond and try to mend us.  But it needs to be given the right fuel to do so at its optimum.  Organic foods and supplements give us the best nutrients to help our body work effectively.  Our body is unable to recognize chemically manufactured vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins can originally come from natural sources, but become very “unnatural” after being processed.  It is very important to comsume organic supplements that the body can absorb.  Consuming organic products enhances our bodies ability to stay disease free.
